- PR NO: IQC06324009026. FLIGHT SAFETY CRITICAL AIRCRAFT PART. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES. NSN: 6685-00-442-2195; This will result in the award of an INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC with a base and four one-year option periods); ORIGIN INSPECTION REQUIRED. FOB: Destination. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be on an unrestricted basis, other than full and open competition. Sources: QED, Inc. Cage 24708) and Circle Seal Controls, Inc. (Cage 91816). Requested delivery for the production quantity is 144 days after receipt of order. There is a surge requirement. Government First Article Test Required ? Sample Size = 1 Each. Base Year Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 48 Each. Minimum Stock Delivery Order Base and Option Years: 48 each; Maximum Stock Delivery Order for Base Year and Option Years: 192 each; Base Year and Option Years Estimated Annual Demand: 192 each; Maximum Annual Contract Quantity for Base Years and Option Years: 384 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
