- This solicitation IQC07128009047 will contain one NSN for an Indicator, Electrical Tachometer. End Item Application/ Weapon System: B-2 Bomber Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. Approved source (s) of supply, Vermeer Manufacturing Company, Cage 11457, P/N T8976 and Prestolite Electric Inc, Cage 24975. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6620-01-025-3401; Base Year AEQ: 216 each, Option Year EAQ: 216 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 80 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 20 June 2007. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
