- NAICS Code: 541380 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 intends to issue RFQ-GA-07-00019 on or about 5/16/07 for analytical services. Contractors are required to have NVLAP Certification (National Institute of Standards and Technology National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program). This solicitation is issued in conjunction with the procedures in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. In addition, the RFQ is 100% Set Aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541380, which has a small business size standard of $11.0 million, is applicable. The RFQ, Statement of Work and all applicable attachments will be posted on EPA's Office of Acquisition Management website, at the following URL: http://www.epa.gov/oam/regions/index.htm, under the "Solicitation and Amendments" heading. All interested small business is invited to respond to this requirement by Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. EST.
