Description: The Arizona State Office, Bureau of Land Management, intends to solicit offers from S.B.A. 8(a) certifed organizations for the installation of a wire fence located in rural Mojave County, Arizona. This procurement is a competitive 8 (a) set aside. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials, and incidentals to install a barbed wire fence. The fence will be approximately 4.5 miles in length and include stress panels, end panels, corner panels, gates (wire), and drainage crossings. The place of performance is remote and located in Mojave County, Arizona. The contractor will be required to transport, secure, and remove fencing materials with minimal impact upon the environment by using designated roads or using low impact vehicles. The contractor may be required to remove brush or trees for proper installation of the fence. The contractor will be provided specifications and a statement of work for review. The antiicpated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance is estimated to be thirty days after award. A site review is encouraged by offerors.
