- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN), Charleston Code 615, requires engineering, procurement, integration, test and validation, documentation, fielding and training support for the Command and Control On- the-move Network Digital Over-the-horizon Relay (CONDOR) Gateway Program. In order to adequately perform required functions for the integration and fielding of CONDOR Gateway, SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston anticipates an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price type contract estimated at $86M over a five year period (base year plus four one-year options) for continued CONDOR Gateway support. This requirement will be fulfilled via a competitive 8a set-aside. The primary places of performance include: SSC Charleston SC, MARCORSYSCOM Quantico, VA, Camp LeJuene NC, Camp Pendleton, CA, Okinawa Japan and the contractor's facility. A draft statement of work is provided. THIS FUTURE OPPORTUNITY IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ONLY SMALL BUSINESS 8(A) SET-ASIDE VENDORS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NAICS CODE IS 541512 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $23M.
