- Description
- The Library of Congress, Contracts and Grants Management Department intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing Cafeteria Services at the Library of Congress. The Contractor will furnish all management, supervision, manpower, supplies and equipment, as well as plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective performance of all Cafeteria Services. Contract period will be from date of award to include a base period of five years, and three option periods. Option period one will be three years, Option period two will be two years, and Option period three will be two years. It is anticipated that the solicitation/RFP will be released on or about Friday, April 6, 2007. The Government contemplates award of a no-cost contract. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be scheduled for 10:00 am, on April 13, 2007 at the Library of Congress, 101 Independence Avenue, South East, Washington, DC 20540. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-MAR-2007).
