- GS05P07GAC0015, THIS IS A SYNOPSIS ONLY. SOLICITATION WILL COME ON OR AROUND MARCH 22, 2007. GS05P07GAC0015 is for Indoor Firing Range Housekeeping and Cleaning at the Carl B. Stokes Courthouse, Cleveland, OH, Minneapolis Courthouse, Minneapolis, MN and the New Hammond Courthouse, Hammond, IN. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment and supervision to provide Indoor Firing Range Housekeeping and Cleaning Services as described herein. All lead and brass shall be removed from the Indoor Firing Range and delivered to a recycling facility. There shall be no overflow of materials from containers and/or dumpers. All work shall be coordinated and scheduled through the COR and the USMS Point of Contract. The contract period is for 12 Months starting in June 1, 2007. This is a negotiated procurement open to all SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910 with a size standard of 12.0 million. GSA is issuing the solicitation electronically only. It will be available on or about March 22, 2007. Interested parties must access the solicitation via the Fedteds website at www.fedteds.gov. The solicitation will not be available on the Fedbizopps website. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. Contractors must register on the FedTeds website to have access to solicitation material. This registration includes providing a Central Contractor Registration (CCR) marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN). For additional information, visit the FedTeds website, www.fedteds.gov or the CCR website, www.ccr.gov. In addition beginning January 1, 2005, as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) all vendors will be required to use the Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission. For additional information, visit the ORCA website, www.orca.bpn.gov. Potential offerors should refer to the solicitation package for further instructions involving the use of ORCA.
