- This pre-solicitation notice is being issued pursuant to FAR 5.204. The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Department of Foreign Languages, currently has a requirement for a new,fully operational, 100% digital, language lab learning system software. This will be set-aside 100% for small business. Solicitation FA7000-07-T-0161 will be issued shortly along with the statement of work requirements. For purposes of this acquisition, the NAICS code being considered is 541512. The anticipated business size is $23M. Small, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Women-owned, Veteran Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned businesses are encouraged to submit data.
