- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in obtaining an option to purchase commercial land for the development of specialized laboratory space. Land shall be no less then 8 acres, no more then 10 acres. Site must be currently zoned to allow for laboratory use. Unique Requirements: Site must be square or rectangular in shape Site must be located in attractive and professional surroundings Site must not be within 1000 linear feet of residential or residentially zoned land Site must not be within 1 mile of correctional facilities, drug clinics, halfway houses, or other similar uses. Existing adjacent uses must be compatible and/or similar to a laboratory. Compatible uses include office, light industrial with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use, research, technology, or other similar uses. *Note - This advertisement is NOT seeking developers, only land Location: Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County Option Term: Option shall be for approximately 12 months. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and/or site requirements. Expressions of interest shall include the following: -Site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. of site. Proof of land ownership is required prior to award.
