- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 17,466 rentable square feet in West Los Angeles, CA within the following delineated area: North ? Wilshire Boulevard (including San Vincente to Montana Avenue) South ? Pico Boulevard East ? Manning Avenue West ? Ocean Avenue The space should yield a minimum of 15,188 BOMA usable square feet. One structure parking space is required. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
