- Notice of Intent to use Other Than Full and Open competition: The Government currently occupies 57,000 BOMA rentable square feet of space at 8455 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, Maryland under Lease Number GS-11B-70312, which expires on June 21, 2007. The tenant in this location is scheduled to move into consolidated facilities in July 2010. The General Services Administration plans to execute a full service succeeding lease with a five year lease with termination rights after 3 years. In addition to rental costs, consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving cots, telecommunication relocation costs, and agency special requirements. The Government will only relocate if these costs could be recovered through rental savings over the existing location and if the property is within two miles of its present location. The tenant will require a Tenant Improvement Allowance of $38.30 per ANSI/BOMA square foot. If anyone has a location that they would like to have considered, please contact Henry Chapman no later than May 31, 2007. Term: 5 year term with termination rights after 3 years. Owners & Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by May 31, 2007. Owners and exclusive agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
