- The purpose of this modification is to correct the Contractor?s Information as follows: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to EDO TECHNICAL SERVICES OPERATIONS, 254 EAST AVE K-4, LANCASTER CA 93535-4500 (Cage Code 0LND7 ) under the authority of 6.302. This task will be against the IDIQ contract F09603-03-D-0029.//// This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to provide Engineering Services for the Easte 5.30 Software Change to provide end to end capability for the ALQ-161A. The AN/ALQ-161A is a Radar Frequency System/Electronic Countermeasures System (RFS/ECMS) designed to provide an automatic, fully power-managed jamming system for the B-1B bomber. Period of Performance shall be 12 months after receipt of order (ARO). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to EDO CORPORATION - DEFENSE SYSTEMS, 1500 NEW HORIZONS BLVD., NORTH AMITYVILLE, NY, 11701-1130 (Cage Code 82340 ) under the authority of 6.302.
