- Description
- General Services Administration, Public Building Services, Northwest Region 10, Property Development Division, Facilities Operations Support Team has a requirement for Janitorial and Related Services and Operations and Maintenance Services at the U S Border Station, Eastport ID and the U S Border Station, Porthill ID. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of services. The contract is a firm fixed price, performance-based contract, and may be up to five years (three year Base Period potentially followed by a two year Option I). The estimated start date is November 1, 2007 and is a total HUBZone set-aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a small business size standard of $30 million. The solicitation will be available on or about May 8, 2007. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration(CCR)database (www.ccr.gov), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database (www.orca.bpn.gov), and VETS 100 website (www.vets100.cudenver.edu/).
