- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with KBA-Giori for 10 each, Two-way rotary union lead-in for wiper roller on the I-10 presses PT.#L6271371. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used. See numbered note 22.
