- Contracting Office Address Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command, FISC Norfolk Acquisition Group, Code 200, 1968 Gilbert Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392. Description The Government intends to issue an award for Commander Second Fleet, as 100% small business set aside. The government intends to award based on the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process as prescribed under 15.101-2. This requirement is being done under 13.5, and will be evaluated as prescribed under 13.106-2. This acquisition is to provide Foreign Disclosure requirements and planned Maritime Headquarters/Maritime Operations Center requirements. NAICS Code 541618 and Product Service Code R423 will apply. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or FEDBIZOPPS at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Lack of registration in the CCR database as required by FAR 4.1102 will make an offeror ineligible for award. There is no commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract as a result of this notice. Award will be based on the lowest price Technically Acceptable.
