- N00164-07-R-6601- VISION ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM ? FSC ? 6710- NAICS 423410 Issue Date ? 25 May 2007-Closing Date ?25 June 2007- 12:00 PM CDT This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. The Government will procure a vision enhancement system (VES). The system will provide a forward vision capability, a third stage arm vision capability, an interface control box, a commander?s display and allow for 3 additional video inputs for future expansion. This will be a firm-fixed price, 5-year, IDIQ contract. Shipment of the VES shall be FOB destination NSWC Crane, IN or Anniston Army Depot, AL. Inspection/acceptance shall be at destination by NSWC Crane or Anniston Army Depot personnel. The applicable NAICS Classification is 423410. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 5/25/07 and expected to close on or about 6/25/07. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition basis.
