- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a firm fixed price level of effort modification to delivery order 0017 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0014 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration-Owego (LMSI-O) on an other than full and open competitive basis. The modification will provide additional Calendar Year (CY) 2008 support for MH-60R and MH-60S test activities at Naval Rotary Wing HX-21 Aircraft Test Squadron, Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with LMSI-O at the following address: Lockheed Martin Systems Integration-Owego; 1801 State Route 17C; Owego, NY 13827-3998.
