- Title: Bradford Island, Bonneville Lock and Dam, Vegetation Management NAICS: 115310 FSC: F018 Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract to perform weed control and invasive, non-native vegetation removal from a 30 acre parcel located on Bradford Island, Bonneville Lock and Dam. Durin g the performance of the contract, the laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of Federal and Oregon State shall be complied with regarding the protection of the environment and workers. Where requirements of these specifications and Federal, State, Regi onal or local regulations vary, the most stringent requirements shall be enforce. Services shall be delivered to the location specified, no later than seven (7) days after date of award, and all on-site activities shall be completed, on or before 30 Septe mber 2007. Contractor shall submit a schedule plan for completing the work as part of the bid proposal. This solicitation is open to small businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 115310, wi th a small business standard size of $6.5 million in volume.
