- The Army would like to thank all companies who provided responses to the April 23, 2007 Sources Sought Notification. This announcement is a follow-up to announce that a pre-solicitation industry day event will be held on June 5, 2007, 9:00 am 4:00 pm, in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The preliminary agenda topics are as follows: 1.) Introduction 2.) Redstone Arsenal Technical Presentation 3.) Contract Overview: Contract structure, solicitation and award timeline 4.) Small Business Goals and Opportunities. Time will be provided for your company to submit questions in writing. After a lunch break, ACA and USAEC will respond to those questions where answers are readily apparent. Additional responses will be provided in writing or incorporated into the next so urces sought and/or the solicitation. If your company is interested in attending the industry day in Baltimore, Maryland, please respond to Mr. Lane M. Gary at lane.gary@us.army.mil no later than 16 May 2007 at Noon EST. Please provide the name of your company, and the names of those represent atives that will be attending. A subsequent announcement will be released shortly to identify the exact location and address of the industry day event. The location will be in the Baltimore, Maryland vicinity within a reasonable distance to the Baltimore/Washington Airport (BWI).
