- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Data Sciences International, 4211 Lexington Avenue North, Suite 2244, St. Paul, MN 55126. Th e contractor shall update existing monitoring equipment with these compatible implantable transmitters. The transmitters require the current software, receivers, and hardware that is in use. These transmitters are proprietary and Data Sciences Internation al holds the patented technology. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339111 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of cont act. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM , Eastern Daylight Time, Friday, May 11, 2007.
