- This is a sole source requirement for repair of two items to DRS Intelligence & Avionics Solutions, INC (Cage Code OCDN3). Reference Authority: 10 U.S.C.2301(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Requirement is Firm Fixed Price repair for NSN: 5895-01-451-4547, P/N: 2230-0501-03-2, Noun: Navigation Relay Unit, APPL: MH-53M Helicopter basic quantity of 3EA and NSN: 6610-01-494-6319, P/N: 20000096, Noun: Flight Display Unit, APPL: MH-53M Helicopter basic quantity 4 EA. Destination: TBD. Delivery: On or before 60 days after receipt of reparable or contract, whichever is later. A complete data package is not available to allow alternate sources to complete. The Government does not own the technical data. Only new material will be considered for this repair effort.
