Fit/form/function: A component for the internal combustion chamber assy on the F100-PW-229 engine. Liner prevent the combustion chamber from being damaged in the intense heat. Liners are mounted internal of the combustion chamber. Predominant Material: Nickel alloy-PWA 1476. Applicable to: F100 PW229 Engine Delivery:??On or before 28 September 2007 Quantity: 120 Each FMS REQUIREMENT New Material Solicited. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 22 May 2007. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 31 May 2007. The anticipated award date will be June 2007. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award.??Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.???? Note:??While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note:??An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.????
