- Description
- The deadline to receive proposals has been extended to 4 pm EST, June 8, 2007. Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, AFMETCAL, 813 Irving Wick Dr. W., Heath, OH 43056-6116 Description AFMETCAL Det 1 intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract with the requirement for the purchase of a Precision Multimeter Calibration System with software and a 5 year warranty to Fluke Electronics Corporation, 6920 Seaway Blvd., Everett, WA 98203. Fluke Electronics Corporation is the only supplier that can offer the complete non-recurring engineering (NRE), software and training needed to assemble, install and operate the Precision Multimeter Calibration System. Data including operation, maintenance, calibration manuals and an extended warranty of five years is required with this system. Fluke Electronics possesses the unique and proprietary design and therefore is the only known manufacturer. This unit will be shipped to AFMETCAL Det1 in Heath OH. Delivery shall be FOB destination. The unit will require acceptance testing to ensure it meets the purchase description requirements. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued within 15 days of the synopsis posting date with a due date of 30 days after posting to FedBizOpps. The solicitation package including purchase description and data requirements will be available for viewing and downloading at the Fedbizopps site. FAX and email responses are acceptable.
