- **CANCELLED AT THIS TIME**The Southern AZ VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) has a requirement for janitorial cleaning services at the VA North West Tucson Clinic located in the North & South Wings of the second floor at 2945 W. Ina Road, Tucson, AZ. The work includes cleaning and furnishing of cleaning supplies for the NW Clinic. The contract period shall be for a base period commencing June 4, 2007, with four additional one-year options, subject to the availability of funds. This requirement will be selected under source selection procedures - FAR Part 15 (Best Value) - where the importance of cost and technical selection factors vary. Past performance is an important part of the technical evaluation. This is a commercial item solicitation under FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for this service is 561720 and Business Size Standard is $15 Million. Classification Code S - Utilities and Housekeeping Services. The solicitation will be released the week of May 7, 2007 and due date is May 18, 2007, by 4:00PM Arizona/MST. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies.
