- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for Chesapeake Light Repairs, Cape Henry, VA. Major items of work include the following: 1.1 Fabricate and replace missing stairway on the North Side of the structure; 1.1.2 Remove approximately 600 square feet of steel grating at structure landing. Fabricate and install new steel supports; fabricate and install new fiberglass grating; fabricate and replace any damaged or missing steel rungs along the structure. Sand blast and paint the top of jacket and deck legs. The prime contractor shall perform a minimum of 15% of the labor at the job site with employees from its own workforce. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than April 30, 2007.
