- Description
- This procurement is for a Battery, Nonrechargeable, Lithim, Oxyhalide, Sealed, NSN 6135-01-340-8836 which is identified with an Stellar Inc. (CAGE 0EHC8) part number 07017-00U and General Dynamics OTS Aerospace (CAGE 21562) part number 90-00001-002. A shelf life of 60 months applies. RFP will cover requirements for a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a One-year Base Period and Four 1-Year Option Periods for a estimated anual quantity of 1058 ea. Requirement will be solicited FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, and a required delivery of 83 days ARO. This is a critical application item. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. This requirement is unrestricted under negotiated method of procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
