- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item 2840-00-786-5113, 0014948406, Synchronizing Ring, P/N 37D401337P101 is a critical application, configuration control item, sole source to General Electric Company (CAGE 99207). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 74 each; quantity from Clin 0001- 34 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and quantity from Clin 0002- 40 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA with a delivery of 282 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is May 10, 2007 with a closing date of May 17, 2007. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial.
