- Motor, Alternating Current. PR No: IQC07113009020. This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract with a base and four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Approved source: Richards Electric Motor Co (cage 0ARE2), Nordic Air Inc (cage 0WJE1), Keco Industries (cage 94833). This is a Hubzone Set Aside only offers from Hubzone manufacturers or hubzone dealers will be considered. NSN: 6105-01-493-8948; EAD: 159 ea. Delivery: 105 DARO FOB Destination. This is a configuration control item. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
