- Description
- Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, testing and supervision required in performing all operations in conjunction with Project Nos. CSC-06782 & CSC-06820 in strict accordance with the specifications and contract drawing No. 4-484. Project Nos. CSC-06782 & CSC-06820 are for the replacement of the boilers within Buildings 23 & 44 at the Defense Supply Center (DSCC), Columbus, OH. The mandatory period of performance to complete all work associated with this project is 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. There will be one award made for the solicitation, even though there are two separate project numbers. This solicitation is unrestricted. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. See Note 26. Contracotrs submitting offers for this project shall have a valid license to install boilers in the State of Ohio and shall have a minimum of 3 years experience in the boiler installation field. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is May 23, 2007.
