- Accomplish the FY-07 DPMA for the USCGC MONSOON (WPC-4). Contact the Procuring Contract Specialist for inspection dates/location, period of performance, and place of performance. San Diego, CA area sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into a Master Ship Repair Agreement (see DFARS 217.71) prior to award, may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the MSRA application without impacting the craft's availability dates. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items. These documents may be examined or obtained at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC; 3755 Brinser Street, Suite 1, Box 368106, San Diego, CA 92136).
