- Description
- The Officer in Charge requires all labor, materials, equipment incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide maintenance and repair services for the Fire Alarm System, Nurse Call, Infant Protection System, and the Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) throughout the Naval Medical Center and its outlying clinics. The work identified shall be accomplished by means of a combination firm fixed price / indefinite quantity type contract. The term shall be for a period of one year. However, the Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for an additional period of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. This procurement will be negotiated sole source with SimplexGrinnell, LP, 3750 Progress Rd, Norfolk, VA 23502. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 and the size standard is $11.5 million. The approximate solicitation release date is 24 May 2007. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet.
