- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 provisions to Lockheed Martion Corporation. The contract may consist of a base and nine (9) option years for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Technical Engineering Support Services (TESS) for the following aircraft: KC-130J, F/R/T Series Aircraft with similar components and/or systems and C-130J variant aircraft belonging to other US Government agencies and Department of Defense Services. The proposed supplies and/or services to be procured under this contract are logistics and engineering management support; non-recurring engineering; configuration management; field service support; technical data management; update engineering drawings and provide source data for revision of aircraft technical publications; provide follow-on training; repair and calibration of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE); operation and maintenance of Avionics Maintenance Trainer (AMT) and maintain Computer Based Training (CBT) software; depot level maintenance; sustaining engineering support services; and software support services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 and the size standard in millions of dollars is $25. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties in support of the effort mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract. The solicitation, when it is released it will be available electronically at the following NAVAIR web site http://www.navair.navy.mil/business/ecommerce/index/cfm under solicitation N00019-07-R-0058.
