No Request for Proposal will be issued due to a change in the Government's requirements.*****The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to build one 27 foot survey boat of all-w elded aluminum construction. The vessel will powered by twin, counter-rotating 150 h.p. 4-stroke outboard engines with 25 inch shafts. The cabin shall be of all-welded aluminum construction and hold six people with 6 feet 10 inches of headroom. This solic i tation will be available on or about April 09, 2007. To download the solicitation, prospective contractors shall register with and download from www.fedteds.gov. Registration instructions are available at this website. Amendments, if any, will be availab le at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed, nor faxed requests for solicitation documents will be accepted. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 336612 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 emp loy ees. All responsible small business concerns may submit a proposal which will be considered by the New England District. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the overall best value to the Government. Source Selection Fac tors will be provided in the solicitation documents.
