- The U.S. Army Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ anticipates soliciting sole source firm fixed-price requirement under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii) to L-3 Communications located in Lancaster, PA to provide 200 (+/- 20%) M393A3 cartridges in fiscal year 07 during the full rate production phase of the current contract DAAE30-03-C-1104. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See numbered notes 22 and 26.
