Description

Corpus Christi Army Depot intends to award a Time and Material contract for the non-personal services and material to perform diagnostic services, maintenance and repair/PM for medium and low voltage switch gear for blade balancing whirltower located at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Eaton Electrical Services and Systems under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as citied in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912NW-07-T-0089 will be issued on or about 8 May 2007. This requirement will be for a base period plus four 1-year options. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to t he requirement or submit proposals. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the pu rpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
