- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Size standard for NAICS 532310 is $6.5Million. The Florida Army National Guard requires the rental and set-up of seven (7), 6000 square foot tents (or similar structure), equipped with l ighting ((suggested quantity of four (4) each, 400-watt metal-halide (120v)) with cords, at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center (CBJTC), Starke, FL. Tents will be used for sleeping quarters for training event. Tents would be set up No Later Than 29 May 2 007 and will be removed No Earlier Than 16 June 2007. All prospective offerors can submit a quotation in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Award will be made to a responsive, responsible offeror based on the offer that represents the Best Value to the Government, and evaluation will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 procedures.
