- Description
- This is a pre solicitation that will be posted with attachments on or before 16 Apr 2007. 1. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, materials, supervision, and administration necessary to install an air cooled chiller unit in Bldg 228 at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. 2. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the work is to replace a water cooled chiller in Bldg 228 with an air cooled chiller. This shall require the demolition of the old chiller, valves, condenser pump, cooling tower, and electrical lines. The new chiller shall require piping, pipe insulation, electrical lines that meet the electrical requirement of the chiller, valves, and concrete pad.
