- THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Solicitation No. DTFASO-07-R-00028 for Construction of Major Sustain Projects, Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Hilliard, Florida. Work includes, but is not limited to, (1) Cafeteria/Service Area and Queue Area equipment replacement and modifications, (2) NCO Building carpet removal and install new vinyl floor tile, (3) NCO Building paint exterior, replace doors, cipher locks, interior painting, (4) ISB Building paint exterior only, (5) Automation Wing Basement - Restrooms refurbish (total 2), establish/designate one restroom as ADA compliant. Patch and repair concrete walls, paint gypboard and concrete walls, install sound soak panels, remove abandoned conduit, sand existing conduit with peeling paint and repaint, and repair access flooring. (6) Mechanical items include: electric duct heater in the ASB Building and cooling tower louver replacement. (7) Loading dock freight lift. Estimated construction price range: $300,000.00 to $450,000.00. Estimated performance time: 100 calendar days.
