- The USCG Integrated Support Command (ISC) Honolulu proposes to contract services for the underwater body coating of one USCG 47 Foot Motor Life Boat which is geographically located at USCG ISC Honolulu, Hawaii. The job includes labor and materials to remove and replace the underwater body coating of USCG 47 Foot Motor Life Boat with the Non-copper Anti-foulant coating system in accordance with Specifications of the Drydock and Repair of MLB47313 dated July 2007. Required date of performance is 4-22 June 2007 or 8-29 June 2007. Contractor must be flexible to perform work on either date as required by the Contracting Officers Technical Representative. Site visits are encouraged and scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2007 and/or Thursday, May 17, 2007. Work shall be performed on the island of Oahu. Waterside delivery to and from the work site will be made by USCG personnel. This is set aside for small business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. The NAICS code is 336611 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items apply to this solicitation. Offerors are required to complete a copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certification Commercial Items. The clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and incorporated by reference.
