- IQC07127009012. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN to establish a follow-on IQC. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1650-00-761-2206, Fluid Filter Element , IAW QPL 8815-36; P/N M8815/3-8. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This item is a Critical Application Item. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item as of April 23, 2007. Configuration Control Applies. Surge is required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. The technical data package for this procurement is only available in CAPRS at https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd/ and will not be available until the anticipated solicitation posting date of May 22, 2007. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Destination Inspection is required. Required delivery is 120 days. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
