- The proposed procurement is to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a Resistor assembly. In accordance with drawing number 4041698 and the manufacturers code and part numbers cited below. Specifications, plans and drawings are not available. Unit of issue is Each (EA). Item will be ordered within an established minimum and maximum quantity limit on an as needed basis and shipped to various locations. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance.
