- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F2Y1SL7016A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 333319 and small business size standard is 500 employees. CLIN 001 : 175 each: SERVICE AND REPAIR OF HANDHELD REVERSE OSMOSIS SURVIVOR 35 LA-1 DESALINATORS NSN 4610-01-313-6086. SERVICE INCLUDES: SALT WATER FLUSH AND PRESSURE TEST, FRESH WATER FLUSH AND BIOCIDE DIP, REBUILD PUMP AS NEEDED. REPAIR INTERNAL LEAKS AND REPLACE SEALS, REPLACE MEMBRANE AS NEEDED; VISUALLY INSPECT, REPACKAGE AND PROVIDE RETURN TRANSPORTATION. UNITS SHALL BE RESTORED TO MEET ORIGINAL SPECIFICATIONS.
