- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), 1968 Gilbert Street, Ste. 600, Norfolk VA 23511 intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order for wiring to be provided at 75 locations for either fax or telephone requirements. Additionally, 60 telephone instruments and required system components will be installed and programmed at the same location. This equipment will be in addition to the existing Samsung Telephone System currently serving the telecommunications needs of this building. A site visit will be required for this solicitation and must be completed before it closes. Delivery is FOB Destination to Norfolk, VA. The RFQ will be available on or about 8 May 2007 by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 811213. The size standard is no more than $6.5 M. The FSC Code is 5895. The RFQ solicitation and any subsequent amendments will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
