- ****ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to, Floyd Carlton Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-AL-A, and NSN: 2840-01-474-8337, PRON: AX7Q0303AX, P/N: 23054164 NOUN: Pickup Assy, Special, Quantity: Minium/25 each Maximum/125 each three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) contract. applicable to T-703 (OH-58) Weapon System with delivery to Indianapolis, IN. Required delivery is 25 each 189 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The only approved sour ces are: Rolls-Royce Corporation Cage 63005, and Aviall Services Incorporated Cage 22819. This part is a commercial/non developmental/off-the-shelf item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules. Only FAA qualified sources are listed. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that r ecognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not cl ose prior to the date stated above.
