- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared is accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Requirement is set aside for small business. Solicitation number W91ZRS-07-Q-0006 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. The Army requires (8) Hydraulic Maintenance Platforms. Specifications: 500 lb load capacity, 13 ft raised height clearance, approx 4 X 11 ft platform size, removeable guardra ils, detachable towbar. Delivery address is 1109th CT-AVCRAD, 139 Tower Avenue, Groton, CT 06340. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 with a size standard of 1000 employees. Offer should include delivery price to Grot on, CT 06340. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.
