- Description
- The Contractor shall provide information management commercial activities supporting organizations, military units, and activities located at Fort McCoy and within Fort McCoys Army Regulation (AR) 5-9, Installation Area Support Responsibilities, and U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) regional support area, to include all services, materials, facilities, supervision, labor and equipment, except that specified herein as Government-furnished. Contractor work and responsibility shall incl ude planning, programming, administration, management, and execution necessary to provide the specified services. The scope of these services include IT Management and Planning Services; Telecommunications Systems Support and Services; Automated Systems S upport and Services; and Information Management. Solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside, and anticipated to be a Fixed-Price contract; services to be performed at Fort McCoy, WI. The NAICS code assigned to the acquisition is 541513 (Comp uter Facilities Management Services) with a corresponding small business size standard of $23M. Period of performance is for 1-year base period, including a 30 day Phase-In, from date of award with options for four additional years. Solicitation will be p osted in FEDBIZOPPS on or about 18 May 2007, and closing 22 June 2007. All amendments will be likewise posted on the same website. A bidders list will not be compiled and paper copies of the solicitation and/or amendments will not be mailed.
