- Provide Information Technology (IT) services and Life-Cycle Support/Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) Development for a follow-on contract to support a Command system with highly specialized functions. This requirement will support the Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR) infrastructure system program office, who has met full operating capability. Services include, but are not limited to, technical/system modifications and engineering support; maintenance of the system and a product testing environment at the contractor's facility; EITDR-specific software/firmware; system and product documentation at the Wright-Patterson AFB location; implementing related and required requirements to the Air Force (AF) Portfolio Management (PfM) processes and the AF IT Lean acquisition process; integrating with the Global Combat Support System-Air Force (GCSS-AF) architecture; and support to the Defense Information Systems Agency at Gunter AFB, Montgomery, Alabama, for loading application software for changes/releases and maintaining the test environment.
