- *** THE MASK SPECIFICATION HAS CHANGED, PLEASE PROVIDE A QUOTE FOR THE KIT WITH THE SCOTT M120 MASK, Part # 300-10-S*** This is a combined Synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: The contractor shall supply Bio-Chemical protective kits to Vandenberg AFB, CA. The specifications and quantities are as follows: First Responder Bio-Chemical Protective Kit, MFR: Rockland Fire Equipment. Each Kit (fanny pack) includes: CBR Evacuation suit, The SCOTT M120 CBRN GAS MASK complete with NBC M95 cartridge, 1 pair Peel & stick kneepads, 1 (pack of 14) potassium Iodine Pills, 1 pair cotton gloves, 16oz collapsible water canteen, instruction manual, police whistle, dog whistle, 10 12-hr self-illuminating light sticks, 1 high-intensity mini light with long-lasting lithium batteries (5 hr constant burn time), Lanyard with clip (for whistles & mini-light). QTY: 50 size XL kits, 70 size large kits, 30 size med kits, 20 size small kits. Please quote brand name or equal. If quoting an equal item quotes must include the product number and manufacturer?s name along with kit specifications. This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issues. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D3E370854A001. Submit written offers. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16 and DFARS Change Notice 20070327. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 423850, Small business size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for Delivery to Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437, exact building number will be determined at the time of award.
