This procurement is restricted to 100% small businesses. Project is to purchase cash drawers (SP103) 16.75 x 24.5 x 22.375, color: Blue, Quantity 20 Each; Receipt Printer (SP312FD), Star Serial Interface with serial 9-25 cable, Quantity 15 each; Pole display with base (EMAX-UNI), Emaz Universal Serial, 360 degree adjustable height (15.25 x 21.5) color: Beige, alpha-numeric display, display screen size 9.25 x 5.75, input 9 VAC, R5232 parrel 5 pin connection, Quantity 15 each; Monitor, touch screen (ELO -14 -CRT), 14?, Accutouch monitor, Quantity 20 each; Card reader slot (UNIMS1401-2), Unitech, Bar code reader, 5 x 2.5 slot reader, baud rate: 9600 max, auto time out(off), 8 bit, none parity, in-use indicator, parrel port 5 pin connection, 120 volt input, 60hz, 4.6w output, 5vdc 300m; Quantity 4 each. Or equal is acceptable. FOB: destination for delivery would be LACKLAND AFB, TX 78236. There will be no written solicitation for Request for Quotes (RFQ). Interested parties may submit quotes in writing only. Submit all quotes via fax or email to SSgt Nancy Marshall. Offerors must include with their offers a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification ? Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-70000, Offerors Representation and Certification ? Commercial Items. Also applicable by reference is DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contracting Registration (CCR). CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet website www.ccr2000.com or by calling 1-888-227-2432. Confirmation of CCR registration must be obtained before award can be made. Award will be based on meeting the requirement, evaluation of lowest price, and responsible offer/quote. The tentative due date for all quotes will be 28 Sep 01 by 3:00P.M. (CST). NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-SEP-2001).
