- This procurement is for the purchase of all recyclable materials from specified locations in the Cleveland, Akron & Westlake, Ohio areas. This procurement is open to all business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111. This procurement is being solicited as a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 18, 2007. Interested parties must access the solicitation via the FedTeds website at www.fedteds.gov. The solicitation will not be available on the FedBizOpps website. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. Contractors must be register on the FedTeds website to have access to solicitation material. This registration includes providing a Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN). All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to any award resulting from this announcement. Offerors and Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. In addition, as of January 1, 2005, as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission.
